This update is near and dear to my heart. Some of y’all already know that I don’t sell Avon for the money. Inspired by God, my sorority, and the law firm where I work, I donate the commission from your purchases to nonprofits that serve women, children and the elderly. Right now that nonprofit is Everybody Wins Atlanta where I serve as a reading mentor teaching elementary students how to read. So selling Avon is #BiggerThanBeauty for me.
With that said, here’s my weekly update for the week ending Aug 15, 2021…
Giving back has never been easier – when you shop, we give! Throughout the month of August as we continue to celebrate our 135th anniversary, Avon will donate an item to Feed the Children for every item purchased.
Avon’s partnership with Feed the Children has impacted and empowered nearly a million families, 3.5 million women and girls in 48 states and the District of Columbia.
The Feed the Children x Avon Box is delivered to women and their families year-round, and in response to disasters. As a result of the delivery of this box of personal care, hygiene and beauty products, we hear stories of improved self-confidence and empowerment.
I am so grateful for all the support that allows us to positively affect so many who need assistance. So for every product you order, Avon will donate a product to Feed the Children, an amazing organization that works to improve nutrition, hygiene and education for families around the world.
